Buy a gift card for a loved one who you are unable to see in person. It will be available for pickup in store Monday-Friday 48 hrs after you order it.

*Please note: gift cards purchased online Saturday and Sunday are not available for pick up until Monday afternoon. Thank you for understanding.

Gift Card Instructions:

Please note: if you have any difficulty with any of the below process, please email us at community@berryvale.com and someone will respond to your inquiry. The community department processes gift cards purchased online and they will be more than happy to assist you with any issues that may arise.

In Store Pickup (if you are having your recipient pick up their gift card in store):

1. Click on the button: “Gift Card Store Pickup”.

2. You will be redirected to a PayPal form. Fill in the form by either choosing “Pay with my PayPal account" or “Pay with a debit or credit card, or PayPal Credit”.

  •  If you choose to pay with your PayPal account: your contact information and address will already be filled in. Update any information necessary (most important, you need to provide an accurate email address for us to contact you with to inform you of the status of your purchase).

Below your address is a prompt that says “Who is this gift card for?” with a prompt next it to that says “Add”. Click on “Add”. A message box will pop up. Enter your recipient’s name and the gift message you would like us to leave for them.

  •  If you choose to pay with a debit or credit card, or PayPal Credit: fill in your billing information. At the very bottom of the form is the prompt: “Who is this gift card for?” with a prompt next to it that says “Add”. Click on “Add”. A message box will pop up. Enter your recipient’s name and the gift message you would like us to leave for them.

3. Please be certain you have provided us with an accurate email address while filling out the form. Finish your payment with Paypal and within 48 business hours, we will process your gift card and inform you of its status. *Once your card is ready, contact your recipient and let them know they can pick up their card any time between 8AM-8PM Monday-Sunday during our hours of operation.

*Note: we cannot inform your recipient of their gift card. We will contact you and let you know the gift card is ready for pickup and it is then your responsibility to contact your recipient and inform them of their gift card status. If after a period of 30 days, your recipient still has not picked up their card, we will contact you. If we are unable to get a hold of you and/or the card has not been picked up at 45 days, we will refund your purchase.

To Be Shipped (if you are shipping your card to yourself or your recipient): 

(An extra $.50 fee will be added for shipping and handling):

1. Click on the button: “Gift Card to be Shipped”.

2. You will be redirected to a PayPal form. Fill in the form by either choosing “Pay with my PayPal account" or “Pay with a debit or credit card, or PayPal Credit”.

  •   If you choose to pay with your PayPal account: your contact information and address will already be filled in. Update any information necessary (most important, you need to provide an accurate email address for us to contact you with to inform you of the status of your purchase).
